The Serpentine Running Club is a large, London-based running club run entirely on volunteer efforts. The club organises regular weekly runs around the Royal Parks on weekday evenings throughout the year. The runs are well attended and with large groups of people safety, organisation and co-operation amongst the runners is paramount. A series of posters was designed to help promote awareness of health and safety issues whilst running. The posters have a seasonal theme as safety issues such as daylight and weather vary throughout the year. Distinctive colour palettes were used to distinguish each of the different seasons, while trees feature in the background across all of the posters as a consistent element, representing the landscape of the parks and a backdrop for the runners.
